This Past Week

This has been an interesting week for me. I got more shifts recently so my schedule got tighter. When I can, I try to practice my illustrations to get better at drawing and to add to my portfolio. I took my siblings out on a day trip to Houston to go to the Texas art supply and the nearest coffee shop. However, I took too many detours getting there and back because it was my first time navigating downtown. We got home safely. I was able to get more supplies I needed for my class, like ink pens and some new note books. This past weekend I also came down with a fever. I believe the fever broke so I'm just recovering. I hope this week will be a little more lax and I'll be able to pull some stuff together.
