This Week
In 2-D we presented our posters to be critiqued. The aim was to go for texture, perspective, and use of space. I decided to go for textures that are in opposition. I called it "urchin and bubbles." It was fun to try and see what others saw when choosing textures in their own pieces.
The one thing I struggled with was the depth. the bubbles didn't appear far away. My Teacher suggested using a black pencil to make the smaller bubbles darker. I enjoyed this and I can't wait to see what else I'll be doing in this class.
